If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest. • Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent. • We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
