About the property
Serene light filled apartment space with private entrance / balcony and stunning views over LA! Nestled into the hills of Los Feliz the space has fantastic access to local shops , cafes , and theaters. Griffith Parks amazing nature hikes, the Greek Theater and the Observatory are at the back door. Close to Hollywood and Silverlake, but without the bustle, you can sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise and set , trees and birds all around. Stunning !
The owners live in the top portion of the house and have use of the drive way . Access to the apartment is via the pedestrian gate , and up the pathway .
Our pool is on the next level above the apartment balcony , so when it is in use , there can be splashing sounds !
As we live above you may hear noises from above , but we highly respect the needs of the guests so let us know if there’s any issue .
Street parking is free and plentiful . We do not allow smoking inside , nor pets sorry .
Through the pedestrian gate , up the pathway and the 1st set of stairs on the left is the access to the entry . The balcony that’s featured in the photos is for the personal use of guests . Our pool is next to that area , so you may occasionally hear splashing !!
Inside the apartment is two doors ( one in the living room area , and one in the bedroom ) with privacy signs on them and locks . These go into our basement and are locked from the other side also
Walking is an option from our place ! As listed above the Los Feliz village is close and an easy walk through tree lined streets ! Other than that there is a bus service that runs right up Vermont Ave , the local metro is Hollywood/ Vine . We are close to the 101 and the 5 which are main routes to get you around LA as quickly as the traffic allows !

Greek Theatre, you couldn't ask for a better location—we loved being able to walk there and avoid all the traffic and parking hassles. The views are even more spectacular in person than they appear in the photos. As someone who loves architecture, I was thrilled to discover that you can actually see the Frank Lloyd Wright Ennis House from the kitchen. That was such an unexpected highlight of our trip. The home itself feels like understated luxury—beautifully designed, comfortable, and effortlessly elegant without being overdone. The cross breeze through the house was wonderful, making it a joy to relax and soak in those incredible Hollywood Hills views. Parking was surprisingly easy, which is a huge bonus in this area. We also loved walking down to Hillhurst and Vermont, where we found fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and neighborhood charm. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations.
