Co-hosted by Super Hosts Deanna & Lisa of Nonpareil Stays, our team has been welcoming guests since 2014. This gorgeous home just recently opened to receive guests for Summer 2026. It is thoughtfully designed for families, business travelers, digital nomads, and extended stays, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath home offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and California indoor-outdoor living.

Each of the three bedrooms is designed for restful nights with comfortable beds, quality linens, and ample storage, while three full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for groups, families, or colleagues traveling together.

THINGS TO BE AWARE OF:
When you book your stay with us, every stay gives back. In partnership with Kind Traveler, your stay results in a $1 per night donation to support Wolf Connection. • All guests will be asked to complete their registration with an online check-in form and ID verification via the Guesty app. This is to ensure a safe stay for all guests and is required for property access.
• The cleaning fee of $600 is included in reservation total for 1 mid-stay and 1 checkout cleaning. Multiple months require additional bi-weekly cleanings at guest’s expense and will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays.
• This private home doesn't have bins large enough for excess trash that may accumulate during a stay. If you have a large gathering, catering, shopping that generates excessive trash that doesn't fit into the city's containers/bins, the guest is responsible for the additional charge to dispose of the trash. Photo documentation will be submitted and an additional fee of $230 charged to the guest will be processed through the Resolution Center for payment.
• Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x)
• Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
• We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval.
